HR Executive / Plant HR

Location- RUDRAPUR / KASHIPUR

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities at the plant, including employee relations, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and manpower planning.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and attendance inputs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors and contract manpower agencies.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.
- Conduct induction and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, manpower, recruitment, and attrition.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure proper implementation of plant HR policies and safety/disciplinary procedures.

Preferred Profile
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial/plant HR workplace preferred.
- Knowledge of handling both permanent and contractual employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
