Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, in office role based at Coral Isle Hotels in Kochi. The role involves managing daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Executive handles employee relations, coordinates training and development activities, and ensures HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently. The role also includes assisting with payroll input, attendance tracking, compliance with labor laws, and supporting management with HR reports and data for decision-making. Collaboration with department heads to address staffing needs and foster a positive workplace culture is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
- Skills in Employee Relations,



with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, and the ability to help ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with team members at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee data.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
