Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or human resource management.

- Robust understanding of banking industry trends and regulations (NBFC).

- Excellent sourcing profiles including headhunting techniques to attract top talent.

- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment management from job posting to onboarding.
