Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.

- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related data.

- Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee queries related to salary and benefits.

- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and labour regulations.

- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.

- Support training and development initiatives.

- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

- Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance is an advantage.
