- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and consultants.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups and joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.
- Support onboarding and build a solid talent pool.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
- Excellent communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Manufacturing/industrial recruitment experience preferred.
