Strategic HR Skilled with strong expertise in

Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and prior experience in the

Manufacturing Industry

. The role will involve driving compensation strategy, rewards programs, benchmarking, and HR analytics aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage

Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits programs and frameworks.

- Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and market intelligence.

- Support annual compensation reviews, increments, promotions, and incentive structures.

- Develop and implement reward strategies to attract and retain talent.

- Partner with business leaders on compensation decisions and workforce cost planning.





- Ensure compliance with applicable compensation and benefits policies.

- Drive HR analytics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute, preferably in HR.

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.

- Prior experience in the

Manufacturing Industry is mandatory/preferred

.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of compensation structures, market benchmarking, and HR practices.
