Important Note BPO/ITES Industry Experience is Mandatory

Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

- HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Business HR (BHR)
- Employee Relations (ER)

Candidates from Talent Acquisition (TAG) and Talent Management backgrounds may also apply if they possess strong HRBP knowledge and experience. Candidates from Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Construction, Logistics, Hospitality, and other Non-BPO industries will not be considered.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals who can partner with business leaders, drive employee engagement initiatives, manage employee relations, and support the overall employee lifecycle within a fast-paced BPO environment.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, strong knowledge of HRBP practices, and the ability to work closely with operations teams to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Grievance Management

- Handle employee grievances and concerns through structured and empathetic interventions.
- Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Drive action plans to improve employee retention.

Employee Engagement, Retention & Performance Management




- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive retention programs and employee connect activities.
- Conduct skip-level meetings and focus group discussions.
- Support managers in performance management processes.
- Identify people-related challenges and provide practical HR solutions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Business HR (BHR) & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce and talent requirements.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
- Support onboarding and induction initiatives.
- Drive appraisal cycles and performance review discussions.
- Facilitate career development and growth initiatives.
- Execute HR audits and people-related projects.

Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support labor law compliance and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in HRBP, Employee Relations, or Business HR roles.
- Experience working in a large employee population environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of performance management and employee engagement frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively with operations and business leadership teams.
- Experience in BPO/ITES industry is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
