Role & responsibilities

1. Implement and support ER activities to ensure factory compliance and improve employee satisfaction.

2. Receive employees' feedback daily (via phone calls, messages, direct conversation, etc.).

3. Report workshop issues based on actual status.

4. Inspect the internal employee feedback system.

5. Conduct onboarding and periodic training for employees.

6. Implement community and employee engagement activities.

7. Report monthly factory activities and update the internal notice board.

8. Be responsible for the "Sexual Harassment" topic under the Gender Equality project.

9. Prepare and update training materials (based on schedule).

10. Perform random inspections of incoming food ingredients in the canteen to maintain employee satisfaction.

11. Plan and execute in-factory activities.
