Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
- Draft and enforce company policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
