Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join us in Raipur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day talent acquisition operations, partnering closely with our senior recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate candidates across various industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a solid foundation in human resources and recruitment within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or customer-facing coordination roles (freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for HR are welcome to apply)
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a qualified and approachable demeanor.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
