Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR and PR role based in Nagpur. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The HR and PR specialist will coordinate employee engagement initiatives, support performance management processes, and help administer benefits and personnel-related documentation. On the PR side, the role includes drafting internal and external communications, supporting brand visibility, coordinating events, and maintaining positive relations with media, partners, and community stakeholders.



The person in this role will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure consistent messaging, a positive workplace culture, and strong employer branding.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in Personnel Management and day-to-day HR operations
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies and HR Management practices aligned with organizational goals
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance with relevant employment regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for internal HR interactions and external PR activities
- Experience or interest in public relations, employer branding, and community or media outreach
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams; prior experience in FMCG, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
