Job Summary

Role Purpose - To manage end-to-end identity verification operations by coordinating candidate-facing activities, verification workflows, investigation processes, vendor interactions, exception management, and audit compliance. The role serves as a critical link between candidates, verification vendors, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant identity verification outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities - Frontline Operations (Candidate Verification Support) Verification Initiation Generate biometric identity verification requests for candidates Capture and validate candidate demographic information including name, email address, mobile number, employee ID, and role details Ensure data accuracy prior to initiating verification workflows Candidate Communication Send biometric verification links through approved communication channels Provide support and guidance to candidates regarding verification completion requirements Address candidate queries related to verification processes Verification Tracking & Monitoring Monitor verification link delivery status and completion rates. Track pending, incomplete, and expired verification requests. Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion. Link & Workflow Management Manage expired, failed, or unused verification links. Regenerate and resend verification requests when necessary. Maintain candidate verification records and status updates.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with HR, recruiters, onboarding teams, and candidates.



Escalate unresolved issues impacting onboarding timelines. Provide periodic status reports on verification progress.

Other Requirements

Preferred Experience

3–8 years of experience in Background Verification, Employee Screening, HR Operations, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, or Compliance Operations.

Experience working with third-party verification vendors.

Familiarity with biometric identity verification technologies and digital onboarding processes.
