Role Description The HR Analyst Intern | Founder's Office is a full-time, remote, working closely with the founder and core leadership team. This role supports the design and optimization of HR processes, Hiring Process, including data collection from different sources, analysis of workforce requirements metrics, and preparation of reports and dashboards for decision-making. The intern will help coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain employee records,
and assist in tracking performance and engagement initiatives.
The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure HR operations align with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core people operations and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret HR data, generate insights, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist in managing employee advantages and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to handle data entry, reporting, and system updates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools; exposure to HR analytics or reporting is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in healthcare and consulting, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
