Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping and cleaning operations. The candidate will ensure that classrooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, activity areas, and other school facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping and cleaning staff.

- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staff coverage.

- Inspect classrooms, washrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas regularly.

- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained.

- Monitor the use and availability of cleaning materials, equipment, toiletries, and other supplies.

- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, attendance, and inventory.





- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety, and proper use of chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

- Experience in a school, hotel, hospital, residential facility, or other institution is preferred.

- Valuable communication and team-management skills.

- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.

- Ability to manage staff, schedules, supplies, and daily housekeeping activities.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently.
