Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising housekeeping and cleanliness operations across banquet halls, event spaces, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and event readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties and shifts.

- Ensure cleanliness of banquet halls, event spaces, washrooms, corridors, and public areas.

- Inspect banquet areas before, during, and after events.

- Coordinate with the Banquet Operations team for event setup and cleaning requirements.

- Ensure timely cleaning and turnaround of event venues between functions.

- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, carpets, and décor.

- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.

- Maintain inventory and raise requirements for housekeeping materials.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

- Handle lost & found items and maintain related records.

- Train and guide housekeeping attendants and helpers.

- Ensure staff follow grooming, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.





- Handle urgent cleaning requirements during weddings, conferences, and events.

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of housekeeping operations

- Team supervision and manpower management

- Excellent attention to cleanliness and detail

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment

- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:

- HSC / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred

- 3–6 years of experience in housekeeping

- Experience in banquet halls, hotels, resorts, or event venues preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience handling large-scale weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social functions

- Ability to manage quick venue turnaround and large housekeeping teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
