Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall housekeeping operations across the mall, including common areas, washrooms, food court, parking and back-of-house areas.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties and monitor daily attendance and performance.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the mall.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, manpower deployment and periodic deep-cleaning activities.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals, equipment and inventory.
- Coordinate with Facility, Security, Engineering and other departments for smooth mall operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and housekeeping SOPs.
- Handle customer/tenant housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor housekeeping vendors and ensure service quality as per agreed standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports and maintain necessary records.
