Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet patients, handle appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk.

· Manage patient registrations and maintain patient records.

· Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments.

· Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.

· Guide patients regarding hospital services and procedures.

· Maintain appointment schedules and follow up with patients when required.

· Coordinate with doctors and internal departments for smooth patient management.

· Handle billing-related information and direct patients to the concerned department.





· Ensure the reception area is organized and professional at all times.

· Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

· Experienced candidates can apply.

· Experience in Hospital Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Patient Coordination will be preferred.

· Basic computer knowledge is required.

· Good verbal communication skills.

· Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

· Strong patient handling and customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently.
