Role Description The Hospital Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at Shree Ram Hospital, ensuring productive clinical and non-clinical services, patient-centered care, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include managing hospital departments, coordinating with medical and nursing leadership, monitoring quality of care, and optimizing patient flow and resource utilization. The role involves budgeting, cost control, and financial performance oversight, as well as implementing policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.





The Hospital

Manager will handle stakeholder communication, support staff development, and address patient and attendant concerns professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut, requiring regular presence at the hospital and close collaboration with institutional leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong Hospital Management and Practice Management skills, with experience overseeing operations in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial management to plan, monitor, and optimize hospital resources.
- Excellent Customer Service skills for managing patient experience, handling inquiries, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with basic healthcare IT systems, hospital information systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Prior work experience in a hospital or multi-speciality healthcare facility is highly preferred.
