Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur for Home Tutors and Teaching Faculties working with schools and educational institutions. The role involves planning and delivering daily lessons, teaching core subjects according to the curriculum, and adapting instructional methods to meet the needs of individual learners and classroom groups.

Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, conducting regular assessments, tracking student progress, and providing feedback to students and guardians or school coordinators. The role also requires participating in academic meetings, supporting exam preparation,



maintaining classroom discipline, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment. Tutors and faculties are expected to collaborate with the organization’s academic team to align teaching practices with institutional standards and goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to school or institution-based learners.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with students, guardians, and academic coordinators.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design, organize, and implement engaging instructional sessions.
