Home Loan Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for home loan products.

- Meet prospective customers and explain home loan features, benefits, eligibility, and process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan solutions.

- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

- Coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.

- Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree

- Age:



Below 34 years

- Sales or field sales experience preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

- Basic knowledge of banking or financial products will be an advantage.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
