- Undergraduates: HSC + minimum 1 year of relevant telesales experience.
- Graduates: Freshers can apply; graduates will receive ₹16,000 net.
- Candidates must have positive communication and sales skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, banking, financial services, or loan sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and handle leads for home loan products.
- Contact potential customers through calls and explain loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate throughout the loan process.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
Mandatory Documents for Onboarding:- Candidates must have the following documents from their current/previous employment:
- Offer Letter
- Appraisal Letter, if applicable
- Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips
- Last 6 Months’ Bank Statement
- Relieving Letter / Experience Letter
