Home Loan Sales Executive / Relationship Manager

- Generate new home loan leads through open market activities.

- Meet potential customers and understand their home loan requirements.

- Explain suitable home loan products, eligibility, and benefits to prospective customers.

- Source and convert leads into successful home loan applications.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Develop relationships with builders, brokers, and other referral sources to generate business.

- Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and processing journey.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.

- Maintain regular communication with customers and referral partners.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

- Identify current business opportunities to support overall loan portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Sales & Conversion

- Convert qualified leads into home loan applications.

- Follow up consistently to improve lead-to-application conversion.

- Provide timely assistance and updates throughout the loan process.
