Job Details:

- Locations:

Mumbai – Thane | Kharghar | Dombivali | Vasai | Malad | Vile Parle

- Experience:

1–5+ years in Home Loan / LAP Sales, preferably from an

Open Market / DSA / Banking / Financial Services background

- Business Target:

₹1.5–2 Cr+ monthly

- Working Hours:

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday–Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off

- Interview/Calling Slots:

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Key Requirements:

- Open Market Home Loan / LAP Sales experience

- Minimum 1+ year experience in onboarding

Builders, Connectors, DSAs, CAs or Finance Consultants

- Proven monthly business/disbursement of

₹2 Cr+

- Strong builder, connector and DSA network

- Positive local market knowledge and strong market relationships

- Experience managing the complete loan cycle from sourcing to sanction and disbursement

- Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation and closing skills

- Willingness to work with

0.4%–0.5% channel commission
