Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in the home setting

- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on physician orders

- Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments

- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to physicians

- Manage and maintain medical equipment (catheters, feeding tubes, IV lines, etc.)

- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication schedules, and home safety

- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other providers

- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first-line intervention

- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and caregivers

Qualifications: ANM /B.Sc Nursing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
