Job Role The Home Cook (Private Household Cook) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cooking requirements of a private household, ensuring that every meal is fresh, hygienic, nutritious, delicious and prepared according to the family's preferences. The ideal candidate will independently handle daily kitchen operations, from meal preparation and cooking to kitchen organization, food storage and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The role requires someone who is experienced, trustworthy, disciplined, respectful and comfortable working in a residential setting.

Ideal Candidate we are looking for

- 2-3 years experienced in home cooking / private household cooking.
- Skilled in preparing authentic and tasty Indian meals.
- Hygienic, disciplined and well-organized.
- Honest, trustworthy and respectful.
- Comfortable working in a residential environment.
- Able to understand and follow specific food preferences.
- Punctual and committed to the role.
- Presentable and qualified in behavior.
- Male or Female – both candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis.
- Cook a variety of North Indian, Punjabi and home-style Indian cuisines.




- Prepare meals according to the family's taste, dietary preferences and requirements.
- Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of vegetables, groceries and other ingredients.
- Manage daily kitchen preparation and basic meal planning.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Keep the cooking area, utensils and appliances clean and organized.
- Assist with grocery/ingredient requirements when needed.
- Respect household privacy, routines and professional boundaries.
