Job Requirements

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
- Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build trust, understand customer requirements, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: Passion for sales with the confidence to convert travel enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
- Problem-Solving & Negotiation Skills: Ability to understand customer concerns, provide suitable solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Travel Knowledge: Basic understanding of popular domestic and international destinations, flights, hotels, visas, and holiday planning.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and WhatsApp for customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert holiday enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and sales.
- Understand customer travel requirements and create customized holiday packages based on their budget and preferences.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, emails,



and online enquiries professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, follow up regularly, negotiate effectively, and close bookings.
- Coordinate with operations, hotels, airlines, and destination partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all customer interactions in the CRM.
