Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup: Install fixtures, load workpieces, and set up multi-axis or pallet-changer HMC systems.

- Tooling and Offsets: Configure tool length and radius offsets, input work coordinate offsets (G54–G59), and replace worn cutting inserts.

- Operation and Monitoring: Execute machining cycles, monitor production runs, and ensure safe, effective operation.

- Quality Inspection: Perform first-piece and in-process checks using precision measuring equipment like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.

- Troubleshooting & Editing: Diagnose minor mechanical or programming errors and make basic G-code or M-code adjustments.

- Maintenance & 5S: Perform routine preventive upkeep, check coolant/lubrication levels, and keep the workspace clean.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter) or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 7 to 15 years of hands-on shop floor experience setting and operating HMC or VMC systems.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T; symbols, and understand speeds, feeds, and cutting tools.

- Controller Familiarity: Working knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
