The Junior Software Developer will work under the direction of senior developers and managers to gain hands-on experience with coding, debugging, and operating systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Junior Software Developers are responsible for assisting in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of software systems.

· Responsibilities include learning code languages, assisting with the design of software applications, and troubleshooting system errors.

- Understand and learn to troubleshoot and debug software systems.
- Assist with the design and update of software applications.
- Learn various coding languages and apply them in practice.
- Assist with system updates, system errors, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with senior developers and managers.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology developments.

· They often work under the supervision of senior developers and provide support to the development team. Their duties and responsibilities often include:





· Assisting in the design and development of software solutions

· Testing software applications and systems and troubleshooting any issues that arise

· Collaborating with development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications

· Writing high-quality, maintainable code to develop functional and robust software

· Performing upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient

· Documenting all processes within the role, for future reference and further training purposes

Qualifications
