Role Overview

The candidate is responsible for identifying and generating partner leads, converting them through outbound calling, onboarding them onto the platform, and driving revenue by cross-selling wealth products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), and PMS. The role combines sales, relationship management, and partner servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Call on existing database and generate current partner leads

- Convert leads into partners through calls and follow-ups

- Onboard partners (KYC, documentation, platform registration)

- Activate partners and ensure they start business

- Maintain relationship and provide ongoing support

- Cross-sell products: Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), PMS

- Drive revenue through partner network

- Maintain data and update call / partner status

- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and issue resolution

Skills Required & Experience:

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Sales and target-oriented approach

- Ability to handle objections and close deals

- Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred)Role & responsibilities
