Are you passionate about Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development & Teacher Training ? We’re looking for a Curriculum Specialist to join our team!

Designation : Programme Lead

Location : Bagmane World Technology Centre, Bangalore

Minimum Experience required : 6-8 years ( 4 years in Preschool)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive effective curriculum implementation across centres.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom practices and assessments.
- Train, mentor and coach Facilitators and teaching teams.
- Provide academic support and continuous feedback to centres.
- Develop and deliver training programs and educational content.
- Support teacher hiring, performance reviews and professional development.




- Ensure learning environments and practices align with KLAY’s standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in early childhood education.

What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education

✔ Experience in curriculum development/implementation

✔ Excellent communication and training skills

✔ Creative, analytical and team-oriented approach

✔ Ability to travel across assigned centres/regions
