Role Description This is a contract, on-site Java DSA Trainer role based in Lucknow. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Core Java, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques for learners at varying skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice problems and assignments, conducting classroom sessions, guiding learners through coding exercises, and providing regular feedback on performance.

The role involves aligning training content with industry standards,



supporting learners in interview preparation and coding assessments, and collaborating with the training team to refine curricula and teaching methodologies. The trainer is expected to maintain a professional learning environment, track learner progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming, and hands-on coding experience in real-world or academic projects.
- Solid understanding of data structures (arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hash maps) and algorithms (sorting, searching, recursion, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms).
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and interactively.
- Ability to design structured curricula, lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments tailored to beginner and intermediate learners.
- Familiarity with online coding platforms, IDEs (such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or VS Code), and version control tools (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric, inclusive, and gender-neutral approach to training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java or algorithms are an advantage.
- Prior experience preparing learners for technical interviews, coding tests, or campus placement drives is preferred.
