Process: International Non-Voice Banking

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Experience Required

- Minimum 1 Year of International Chat / Voice Experience

- Banking Experience is Mandatory
- Candidates must have relevant experience in any of the following:

- Credit Card Process

- Loan Process
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

- KYC (Know Your Customer)

Qualification

- Any Degree / +2
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant international process experience required

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat/non-voice channels
- Resolve banking-related customer issues accurately and efficiently




- Follow AML/KYC and banking process guidelines
- Maintain high standards of customer service and process compliance
- Meet process-specific quality and productivity targets
