Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn/Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Positive follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
