Job Title: Customer Support Executive Email & Chat / Voice Process (Tata Digital)

Tata Digital is hiring Customer Support Executives for Email & Chat and Voice Process roles. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- HSC passed with BPO experience OR Graduate Fresher
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Good English communication skills required

Shift Timings:-

- Female Candidates: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Male Candidates: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Salary Details:-

- CTC: 22,500 per month
- In-hand Salary: 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and voice support
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Required Skills:-

- Valuable verbal and written English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing efficiency and multitasking ability
- Customer handling skills
