Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad and Rajasthan . This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services.

The Procurement

Manager will evaluate and onboard vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and maintain accurate procurement records in line with organizational policies. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing procurement data, optimizing costs while maintaining quality, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.



The role also involves continuous improvement of procurement processes and contribution to strategic procurement planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation to manage sourcing and vendor selection effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to develop, review, and administer agreements with suppliers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess costs, and support informed purchasing decisions.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management within large organizations or service-driven sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, advanced qualifications or professional certifications in procurement are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, demonstrate integrity in vendor dealings, and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Min 10-12 years' experience in Procurement.
