Hiring for Order to cash - Gurugram
Experience : 1-4 years
Work mode - Hybrid
Tenure : 6 months Contract
Shift timings : Both US and EU markets ( candidate should be flexible for night shift) EU: 11am-830pm US: 6pm-3:30am
Notice period : Immediate joiner to 15 days
We are looking for a detail-oriented O2C (Order-to-Cash) professional with 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and Customer Account Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Manage the full order cycle: From order entry, verification, and processing to shipment and delivery confirmation, ensuring all steps comply with company policies and procedures. The candidate should also have positive communication skills
