Job Summary: The Assistant Relationship Manager role is a field sales position focused on onboarding agent partners and driving motor insurance business. This is a performance-driven individual contributor role with robust learning and growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES

Motor Insurance Policy Processing: Handle end-to-end processing for private cars and commercial vehicle insurance policies.

Verification & KYC Compliance: Rigorously verify KYC documents, Vehicle Registration Certificates

(RC), previous policy documents, and vehicle history prior to policy issuance.

Portal Operations & Execution: Operate efficiently across multiple insurer portals and internal CRM tools to generate quotes, process applications, and issue policies smoothly.

Pre-Policy Issuance Management:



Coordinate vehicle break-in inspection setups, follow up with surveyors, and verify No Claim Bonus (NCB) validity and add-on coverage.

Post-Policy Issuance Servicing: Review issued policy soft copies for accuracy and process endorsement requests (name/address corrections, vehicle detail changes, ownership transfers, NCB adjustments).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Graduate in any stream/discipline) is mandatory.

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of core hands-on experience in Motor Insurance operations or underwriting support.

Technical & Portal Proficiency: Prior working experience with insurer web portals, policy issuance systems, and CRM workflow software
