Key Responsibilities- L & D Executive - Male Only

Develop and manage learning content across technical, quality, safety, compliance, behavioral & leadership domains.

Drive e-learning, micro-learning videos, assessments, presentations and digital learning initiatives.

Manage training calendars, deployment schedules and learner participation.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), skill-gap analysis and competency assessments.

Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and on-the-job evaluations.

Support onboarding, skill development and capability-building initiatives.

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, ISO, GMP and mandatory training requirements.

Collaborate with SMEs and functional leaders for content development and training delivery.
