- Sourcing customers for Business/Personal Loan (Rural Unsecured)
- Meeting with customers
- Understanding customer needs and effective customer query resolution
- Generating leads
- Following up the leads for interested prospects
- Collecting and verifying KYC documents
- Collecting on field repayments; and for managing non-repayment by customers
Preferred candidate profile : Age : 22 Years to 35 Years
Qualification : 12th pass & Above
Experience : Minimum 06 month experience in MFI/NBFC/Bank
Cibil Score : 650+ (No Overdue)
Salary : Up to 2.90 LPA + Other Perks
