Working Days : Monday to Friday

Experience: Freshers - 3 Years

- We are looking for a customer-focused Voice & Email Process Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- The role involves responding to customers through email and voice support, resolving concerns within defined timelines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns through email.
- Follow up on customer queries until they are resolved.
- Ensure every email is clear, polite, and sent within the required time.
- Keep customer information private and update details correctly in the system.
- Share any common customer issues or suggestions with the management team.

Requirements

- Good written communication skills in English.
- Typing speed of 3040 WPM with accuracy.
- Experience in email or voice support is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and a helpful,



customer-focused attitude.

Key Deliverables

- Handle a high number of customer emails every day.
- Use a professional tone and follow company email templates.
- Record all customer conversations and updates correctly in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Meet daily targets for response time and quality.
