Key Skills and Responsibilities

Key Skill

- Robust foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- In-depth understanding of transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Deepseek, Mistral).
- Knowledge of fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LoRA, quantization
- Familiarity with vision-language models (e.g., CLIP, LLaVA, BLIP)
- Understanding of GPU acceleration, distributed training, and model parallelism.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain
- Building end-to-end GenAI applications with APIs and frameworks
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes for deployment.
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for RAG pipelines
