We are looking for a CA Inter/Semi Qualified /Droupouts to join our Finance team, responsible for financial reporting, Ind AS compliance, taxation, MIS and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quarterly Ind AS financial statements as per Division II of Schedule III.
- Handle MIS, inter-company transactions, loans & advances, interest workings and reconciliations.
- Support tax audit, income-tax computations, 3CA-3CD and ITR-6 requirements.
- Prepare quarterly current tax provisions and tax expense workings.




- Prepare projected financials for management and lender reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for quarterly reviews and audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Handle parent-company cost allocation to subsidiaries and related inter-company accounting.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS 24 Related Party Disclosures.

Candidate Profile

- 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience with CA Inter / Semi Qualified / Droupouts
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS, Financial Reporting, Taxation and Auditing.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems preferred.
