- Design and develop BIW components such as:

- Underbody

- Upper body

- Closures

- Reinforcements

- Structural parts
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using Siemens NX (UG NX).

- Perform packaging studies, tolerance stack-up analysis, and feasibility checks.

- Ensure compliance with customer standards, safety regulations, and design guidelines.

- Support design reviews and engineering change management activities.

- Develop BOMs and maintain engineering documentation.

- Work on cost optimization, weight reduction, and manufacturability improvements.

- Participate in prototype development and issue resolution.
