Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to support the Costing Department in maintaining and updating vendor costs, purchase prices, sales rates, stock transfer rates, and other costing-related data. The role will also involve vendor reconciliation, pricing analysis, contribution analysis, and stock ageing analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update cost prices for vendors for semi-finished and finished goods.
- Maintain vendor sales rates for raw materials, moulding items, and rejected FG/SFG.
- Update and maintain vendor purchase prices.
- Prepare and maintain rates for sample boards.
- Maintain stock transfer rates for raw materials, moulding, and semi-finished goods.
- Conduct vendor reconciliation for sales and purchase transactions.




- Assist in pricing and contribution analysis for finished goods.
- Analyse stock ageing and prepare related reports.
- Maintain accurate costing data, records, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS and reports as required by the department.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential data.

Qualification Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
