Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP across our woven sacks manufacturing operations. The role will work closely with production, planning, procurement, stores, sales, finance, HR and external implementation partners to ensure successful deployment of SAP, process standardization, and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation

- Lead the complete SAP ERP implementation lifecycle, from business requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare project plans, define milestones, monitor risks, and manage issue resolution.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and system readiness assessments.
- Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training programs for end users.
- Drive change management and ensure user adoption across departments.

Manufacturing & Production Planning

- Map and configure manufacturing processes for circular looms, cutting, stitching, printing (if applicable), and bale pressing.
- Implement production planning and capacity planning processes within SAP.
- Configure production orders, work centers, routings, and shop floor reporting.
- Improve production visibility, machine utilization, and operational efficiency through SAP.

Master Data Management

- Define and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, and production versions.
- Manage product master data including yarn denier, Fabric GSM, bag specifications, additive/masterbatch recipes, and finished goods.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and standardization across all SAP modules.

Supply Chain & Inventory





- Implement procurement workflows for polypropylene granules, masterbatch, additives, and packaging materials.
- Configure inventory management, warehouse operations, and material movement processes.
- Integrate production planning with procurement and inventory for effective material availability.
- Support vendor master management and procurement optimization.

Sales, Dispatch & Logistics

- Integrate sales orders, production planning, dispatch, and invoicing processes.
- Configure dispatch planning, warehouse dispatch, and logistics workflows.
- Support export order processing, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics functions.

Cross-Functional Integration

- Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for production, inventory, procurement, sales, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure accurate reporting for management decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
- MBA or SAP certification is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5–10 years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in woven sacks, plastics, packaging, Textiles, polymer, or process manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
