Role Overview
We are looking for a Assistant Engineer – Civil to support civil project execution, estimation, drafting, site supervision, surveying, and quality control across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site execution, supervision, and project coordination.
- Prepare and review civil drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Support estimation, costing, BOQ, and quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct QA/QC checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Assist in project scheduling and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure adherence to safety and construction standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction / real estate.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, estimation & costing, BOQ, site execution, and surveying.
- Exposure to QA/QC and construction project coordination.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Kolkata.
