Technical Support Executive – International Process

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Process: International Technical Support

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Week Off: Rotational weekends

Transport: One-way cab / travel allowance

Incentives: Performance-based incentives

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle technical queries for an international customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills along with hands-on knowledge of web technologies and basic server/API troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle technical support queries through voice and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
- Provide support related to websites, APIs, servers and web-based applications.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support / Technical Customer Support.
- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of:
- HTML & CSS
- Web Development concepts
- APIs
- Servers & basic server troubleshooting
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable working in an international process and rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
