About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution for our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in working with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Define product vision and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams.
- Conduct customer research and usability testing.
- Analyze product metrics and drive improvements.
- Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.




- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SaaS products.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, or HR technology products.
- Experience with analytics platforms.
