Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare lessons for secondary classes, ensuring effective communication of subject matter to students.

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

- Develop a positive classroom workplace that promotes active learning, respect among peers, and individual growth.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving instructional strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Ed in Language) or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a teacher; preference given to those with prior teaching experience at secondary level.

- Strong knowledge of English language skills (reading comprehension), Hindi language proficiency (reading & writing).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
