Job Title: HPC Administrator

Experience: 4 years to 7 years

Notice Period: max 30days

Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced HPC Administrator to design, implement, and manage HPC clusters and enterprise infrastructure. The role involves automating systems, managing license servers, and supporting CAE applications with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Setup, configure, and maintain HPC clusters for CAE teams

Manage HPC environments including capacity planning and troubleshooting HPC jobs

Support and integrate CAE software like STARCCM, Abaqus, Numeca, LS-DYNA, and Altair applications

Manage license servers and HPC schedulers (PBS, SLURM, etc.)

Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like Puppet and Ansible

Configure and integrate LDAP systems





Monitor HPC systems to ensure uptime and SLA compliance

Work closely with cross-functional teams and end-users to provide technical support

Document processes and procedures.

Required Skills

4 years to 7 years of HPC experience with hands-on cluster management

Strong Linux skills (CentOS, Ubuntu, Redhat)

Experience with HPC schedulers (PBS, SLURM)

Knowledge of CAE software support and troubleshooting

Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) and automation tools (Puppet, Ansible)

Valuable communication and teamwork skills
